A quote request includes your name, ZIP code, contact information, preferred reply method, supply details, optional photos, notes, and your request-related consent. We record request dates and status updates. Hashed network addresses and short-lived counters help limit abuse.

Why we use it

We use these details to review your supplies, respond to your request, document agreed terms, and manage the resulting transaction. Form consent covers replies about your request; it does not enroll you in marketing.

Where it is stored

Cloudflare hosts this website and its request database. Requests and photos synchronize to GlucoSpare’s private operations system and its local backups. Access to operational records is restricted. The public tracking page requires your reference number and private access code and shows limited status information.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your contact information. Information may be used by service providers needed for hosting, communication, shipping, or a transaction. Product details may be reviewed with a wholesale buyer; this website does not automatically share your name or contact details with wholesale buyers.

Retention and your choices

Records are retained to handle your request, maintain transaction records, and meet applicable obligations. Ask us to review, correct, or delete your information by calling or texting (505) 201-1755. We may verify your identity and may need to retain transaction records; backup removal can take longer.

What not to submit

Do not send medical records, prescriptions, insurance cards, government identifiers, banking details, or payment-card information. Cover personal information on box photos while keeping product details visible. This service is intended for adults.

Browser storage

Your supply list is stored on your device so it survives a refresh. Contact details and photos are not saved in that draft. After a successful request the list is cleared. Your private tracking code is shown once; save it securely. We do not use advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
