Good questions. Clear answers.
What to know before sending your request.
What supplies can I submit?
Tell us about unused, factory-sealed and unexpired test strips, sensors, pods, or select pump supplies you legally own. Listing a brand does not guarantee acceptance. We review the exact product, source, condition, expiration, and current wholesale demand.
How much will I receive?
Your written offer depends on the exact supplies and their condition. Submit your list for review; there is no fee or obligation to accept. We confirm the amount and payment terms before you ship. Final acceptance follows inspection.
Who arranges shipping?
Once an offer is accepted, we confirm the shipping method, any shipping costs, and the destination with you. Wait for those instructions before mailing anything. Local arrangements may be available in the Rio Rancho area.
When is payment sent?
Payment timing and method are confirmed in your written offer. Payment follows receipt, inspection, and acceptance under those agreed terms. Check your request status online or contact us with your reference number.
Why do the boxes need to be sealed?
Original intact seals and clean packaging help establish product condition. Opened, damaged, expired, used, recalled, or tampered supplies are not accepted. Keep the lot number and expiration readable.
How do I check my request?
Save the reference number and private access code shown after submission. Enter both on Track my request to see the latest published status. Keep your access code private.
Should I remove labels or send medical information?
Do not remove labels if doing so damages the box or obscures product, lot, serial, or expiration details. Cover personal information in photos. Do not upload medical records, insurance cards, prescriptions, or financial details.
What should I never send?
Do not send medication, insulin, opened or expired items, recalled products, samples, items marked not for resale, or anything you do not legally own. Supplies you still need for your care should stay with you.
